Timeaxe automatically tracks weekly working hours and triggers an alert when an employee approaches the 35h threshold. Overtime is logged and rated at the legal rates (25% or 50%).
The system automatically enforces the minimum 11 consecutive hours of daily rest and 35 hours of weekly rest. No non-compliant schedule can be published.
Timeaxe incorporates the specific rules of the National Collective Agreement for hospitality: split shifts, maximum 13h working span, and Sunday and bank holiday premiums.
