Yes — Timeaxe AI is fully built and ready to launch. We're currently finalising our pre-launch phase with a select group of pilot venues, before opening access to our full waitlist in July 2026. 🚀 Launching July 2026
Timeaxe AI is built to work for all sizes of hospitality venue, from a small neighbourhood café to a large hotel. The platform adapts to the size of your team and the complexity of your schedule — not the other way around.
Not at all. Timeaxe AI has been designed to be as easy to use as possible. If you can send an email or use a smartphone, you can use Timeaxe. We guide every venue through onboarding personally.
The mobile app is not mandatory. Employees can clock in and out via a shared tablet or phone at the venue. That said, we do recommend the app — it gives each team member easy access to their schedule, shifts, and notifications from their own phone.
At launch, Timeaxe offers an Excel export for immediate compatibility with your current tools. Further native integrations are already in development and will be announced soon. 📋 Excel export available at launch
Pricing & access
Our pricing will be competitive relative to existing solutions in the industry, reflecting the features on offer. Full pricing details will be shared at launch. Waitlist members will be the first to know — and may well get the best deal.
No commitment, no minimum term. Timeaxe AI is offered contract-free with no strings attached — you're free to cancel at any time. We'd rather keep you because the product works for you, not because a contract locks you in.

Excellent question — it's quite the challenge. At Timeaxe, we recommend: grabbing a coffee on a terrace and doing some people-watching, taking up birdwatching (though finding birds in Paris that aren't pigeons is a real achievement), or — wild idea — spending that extra time with your clients.
